We are so excited to highlight and get to know more about our friend Nicki Storey aka Nicki Positano of THE POSITANO DIARIES! Many of you might be familiar with Nicki from her popular YOUTUBE channel and INSTAGRAM account. Nicki also has a new BOOK , A Boatful of Lemons, that is the perfect summer read!

I’m Nicki, an English woman living the dream in Positano.
At the beginning of 1999 I decided to take some time out from London and spend a few months in Italy to learn the language. I never meant to stay for good but when you choose somewhere as beautiful as the Amalfi Coast it can be hard to leave.
I now live with my partner, our daughter and a bunch of animals in a lovely homemade house tucked into a valley above Positano. We grow our own vegetable and fruit and keep fit with the 465 steps from the road to the front door!

The Positano Diaries is weekly series on Youtube where we share with you this wonderful Amalfi Coast life. Why? Because it is just too beautiful to keep it all to ourselves!
But it is not just the breath taking views or an Instagram bucket list photo destination, but a town and a coastline full of characters, traditions, hidden corners and stories.
We aim to show you more than the typical tourist trail. Hidden hiking trails with waterfalls and views, inside villas and hotels, local recipes and festivals. From preserving homegrown vegetables to making fresh goat cheese and pasta, from shepherds to sculptors to porters and pizzaiolos. We invite you into our home and garden and show you the every day challenges of living nearly 500 steps from the nearest road and let you experience what life is really like on the Amalfi Coast!
