Sarah Scarborough of Tea Huntress led retreats in both Morocco and Iceland this spring, and she did it through the lens of her work, which is tea ceremony.
On our Ritual + Renewal retreats, tea ritual and ceremony provided a backdrop for the adventures of each day. These moments of stillness provided an opportunity to slow down, reflect, reconnect and rejuvenate.
We also weaved local botanicals into our experience as a way to revitalize the body, to connect to the land and to embody its essence.
From Nana mint ( a traditional Moroccan variety used for tea) to orange blossoms, roses and verbena in Morocco to Meadowsweet, angelica, birch and arctic thyme in Iceland, there are so many potent healing herbs to experience...
We brought them together in a blend that each guest receives to take home where they can continue their journey of ritual and renewal.
