We want to show our GRATEFULNESS to our EPM Community by offering a complimentary online class where we can all connect! Join us as we move and breathe together and start the year off with some positivity, hope, and wellness!
FREE CLASS - A “THANK YOU” FROM US
This class is open to any participant! All levels, all ages are welcome. Even if you’re completely new to yoga, you are welcome and able to join us.
The instructor for this class will be EAT.PRAY.MOVE founder Erin Lewis. Erin has practiced yoga since 1998 and has trained in various disciplines from Ashtanga, the Rocket series, core power yoga, as well as the Strala method, and also incorporates practices from the yin, restorative, and yoga nidra styles as well. Teaching in studios in Florida, New York City, and Florence, Italy, Erin has also taught thousands of guests around the world for close to 10 years on yoga retreats. She continues to evolve in her personal practice which naturally makes its way through her teaching. She loves sharing not only the asana (movement) limb of yoga with others, but also the many other facets which lead to life-changing shifts in our daily habits.
WHAT
This New Year’s class will be a mix of vinyasa flow, as well as some yin and restorative poses as well with a final guided meditation. Feel calm and yet energized and ready to start the New Year on a great note.
WHEN

WHERE
We will be hosting the class and streaming live from a cozy yoga space in the Italian countryside. Of course, you will get to practice at the location of your choosing—from a mat in your living room, a sunny spot on a terrace or garden, or perhaps in a cozy “personal ritual” space that you’ve set aside for your daily meditations. We encourage you to make it a spot you love to be, a place that makes you feel comfortable and supported! We will meet you there.
WHY
What a year this past year has been - it’s been difficult in so many ways for so many people. This is our way of saying thank you to our EPM community and to build connections, even if they are online for now while we can’t see you in person! Let’s be hopeful, grateful, and fill this coming year with a new sense of wellness.
HOW
We will stream via Zoom, which we will send instructions on how to connect after sign up! Don’t worry - it’s easy! We will also be sending all participants a detailed email after sign up.
It’s simple - you’ll just log-in, settle in to your mat, we’ll move & breathe together, and then you can join us in the closing collective breath and send-off or decide to linger in savasana and savor these quiet moments to yourself!
