We at EAT.PRAY.MOVE have always believed in giving back and we wanted a way to contribute to the continued growth towards unity. We all have been asked to step up to the plate, stand up for equality, what’s right, and what’s just. And so we are bringing something that we can offer now - time to come together, move & breathe together, learn together, and create a community.

DETAILS

This series is open to any participant! All levels, all ages are welcome. Even if you’re completely new to yoga, you are welcome and able to join us. We will move through a Vinyasa Flow and breath meditation.

The instructor for this online lesson will be EAT.PRAY.MOVE founder Erin Lewis who will be leading the class from a beautiful studio in the Italian countryside, connecting virtually to guests from around the world.

We will stream via Zoom, which we will send instructions on how to connect after sign up! Don’t worry - it’s easy! We will be sending all participants a welcome email with instructions - you’ll just log-in, settle in to your mat, we’ll move & breathe together, and then you can join us in the closing collective breath and send-off or decide to linger in savasana and savor these quiet moments to yourself!
