Join us live in July, or you can make your own schedule with the video package. This 4-week Move+Meditate series will give us a little “retreat” from the day-to-day. Each class will be split between movement and meditation - with a vinyasa flow practice and various guided meditation techniques.

WHO
This series is open to any participant! All levels, all ages are welcome. Even if you’re completely new to yoga, you are welcome and able to join us.
The instructor for this class will be EAT.PRAY.MOVE founder Erin Lewis. Erin has practiced yoga since 1998 and has trained in various disciplines from Ashtanga, the Rocket series, core power yoga, as well as the Strala method, and also incorporates practices from the yin, restorative, and yoga nidra styles as well. Teaching in studios in Florida, New York City, and Florence, Italy, Erin has also taught thousands of guests around the world for close to 10 years on yoga retreats. She continues to evolve in her personal practice which naturally makes its way through her teaching. She loves sharing not only theasana(movement) limb of yoga with others, but also the many other facets which lead to life-changing shifts in our daily habits.
WHAT
For this 4-week MOVE + MEDITATE series, we will be splitting each class time between a thoughtful vinyasa-flow movement as well as a time for guided meditation. Each vinyasa flow will vary slightly as we move through the series, and we will pass through various styles of guided meditations throughout the month as well.
WHEN
• ON-DEMAND VIDEOS = Anytime you wish. All guests for this series will receive links to the recorded sessions so you can continue your practice whenever is most convenient!
• LIVE CLASSES - The live classes will take place 2x per week for 4 weeks.

WHERE
We will be hosting the class and streaming live from a beautiful yoga space in the Italian countryside. For those of you who have been to our Tuscany retreats, you may recognize this room! It’s a warm, inviting, and welcoming space for you to virtually participate and transport yourself out of the monotony of daily life.
Of course, you will get to practice at the location of your choosing—from a mat in your living room, a sunny spot on a terrace or garden, or perhaps in a cozy “personal ritual” space that you’ve set aside for your daily meditations. We encourage you to make it a spot you love to be, a place that makes you feel comfortable and supported! We will meet you there.
WHY
During this unprecedented time that we are going through on a global scale, we thought what better way to support you and to create a community connection, than to be able to “meet” online. While we are unable to travel and retreat together, this is our way of being able to stay connected with you our guests, and we can’t wait to welcome you!
HOW
We will stream via Zoom, which we will send instructions on how to connect after sign up! Don’t worry - it’s easy! We will also be sending all participants a detailed email after sign up.
It’s simple - you’ll just log-in, settle in to your mat, we’ll move & breathe together, and then you can join us in the closing collective breath and send-off or decide to linger in savasana and savor these quiet moments to yourself!
